According to the manufacturer, the feminized Amsterdam Amnesia seeds can produce tall plants, testifying to its Sativa heritage. It also exhibits more Sativa characteristics such as long internodal distances, slender appearance and proliferation of side branches. Dutch Passion wanted to honour the 25th anniversary of the introduction of their original Amnesia to the market, and the Amsterdam Amnesia is a nod to all those enthusiasts of this old school family. 

Until its discovery and introduction to the European seed market, Amnesia was a slightly underrated exotic strain. The reason for this was that its lack of adaptation to the European climate that could produce lower yields and poorer end results. However, with the Amsterdam Amnesia these aspects have been improved and the Dutch Passion seedbank has come up with an impressive strain.

The flowering phase length of Amsterdam Amnesia seeds is short for such a strain. Thus, depending on the phenotype obtained, Dutch Passion aims for flowering times ranging from 9 to 10 weeks.

The maximum yield of Amsterdam Amnesia is not determined with specific figures by the seed bank. This means that Dutch Passion has so far not published their test results. However, they let us know this strain can deliver XXL yields, which is also an improvement over the original Amnesia.
