Afghan Kush feminized marijuana seeds by World of Seeds

The Afghan Kush feminized marijuana seeds from the Spanish seed bank World of Seeds come from this manufacturer's special reserve. Thus, a selection of Matanuska, popular for its earthy aroma and ability to generate aromatic resin, made in 2002 was used to create it. However, one of the problems detected by World of Seeds' team of breeders was the low yielding capacity of this variety and its lack of resistance. Therefore, they combined their Matanuska selection with a classic Skunk from their stock, resulting in Afghan Kush, with all the parental characteristics intact, but with improved resistance and yield capacity. 

What does Afghan Kush look like?

The feminised Afghan Kush strain can produce typically indica in structure, with a squat, compact appearance and thick leaflets and branches. Elite breeders advise that Afghan Kush can withstand adverse weather conditions due to its Skunk genetics, so it has a very good adaptation to adverse climates. It is excellent for growing indoors and outdoors and will have no problem thriving in cold weather, which will accentuate the brightness of its trichomes even more. 

The flowering time of Afghan Kush takes a short period of 8 weeks in the case of indoor gardening. On the other hand, outdoors this variety can complete flowering in the last week of summer. World of Seeds informs that this variety needs a soft and constant fertilization for its excellent growth.

World of Seeds do not report yield figures for the Afghan Kush marijuana seeds. However, they do report that this strain can produce a medium to high yield. 

Common effects

Feminized Afghan Kush can give rise to plants with classic Indica psychoactive effects. This means that it could be possible to feel relaxing and pronounced effects. This strain is capable of producing up to 18% THC, the psychoactive cannabinoid present in plants.
