Instructions for Taking Zydot Euro Blend:

Drink Euro Blend ONLY in the day you want to be clean

1.-Drink only a cup of water of 500ml 1 hour before drinking Zydot.
2. Fill the Zydot Euro Blend bottle halfway with water.
3. Close the bottle and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Add water until the bottle is filled.
5. Drink the entire content immediately.
6. Fifteen minutes after drinking Euro Blend, refill the container with water and drink it.
7. 1 hour later drinking Zydot Euro Blend and urinating 3 times expect refreshing satisfaction for 4 or 5 hours.

IMPORTANT

• You shouldn't drink large amounts of water 2 hours before drinking Euro Blend
• Do not eat heavily during the 4 hours before the ingestion of Euro Blend
• The following products should be avoided for 48 hours before taking Zydot: counter medication, alcohol, acidic liquids (such as vinegar, juice, pickled vegetables, etc.), large amounts of vitamins, salty foods.
• If possible, drink Euro Blend in the afternoon or after having been raised after 4 to 5 hours.
