LEGAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAW APRIL 2021
(Draw of comments + mention on Instagram)
1.- COMPANY ORGANISING THE PROMOTION
The company Experiencia Natural SL, with registered address at C/ Cabeza de Manzaneda, 17. Town OURENSE CP 32005 and identified with the number B-32488199 organises the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be carried out through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.
The purpose of this prize draw is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.
2.-STARTING DATE AND ENDING DATE
The Promotion will start on 19 April 2021 at 12:00 noon and will end on 26 April 2021 at 23.59h.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
The participation requirements will be as follows:
- Participation will be open to those persons residing in Spain and over 18 years of age.
- Only Participants who have a real Instagram account will be able to participate.
- Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the social network Instagram answering the requested question and tagging 2 friends during the participation period.
- Even if Participants write several comments on the same post, they will only participate with a single entry in the random draw.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner will be announced on 27 of April via the brand's social profiles.
The prize will consist of a Product Pack made up of:
1 Fast Buds Seed
1 Atomical Haze Seed
1 Lemon Cheese frank seeds
1 Cap
1 Lighter
1 Grinder
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be exchanged or altered.
The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it becomes evident that any of the Participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or which could infringe the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy and to one's own image will not be allowed. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, and which at any time may offend the sensibilities of other Participants.
The participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications may not violate under any circumstances the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.
7.-LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize that he/she obtains from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, by accepting these Legal Bases, each participant consents to their personal data being included in a file, owned by the latter, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicising its results, and processing the delivery of the prize.
Please note that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to natural@experiencianatural.com or by letter to the following address: C/ Cabeza de Manzaneda, 17. Bajo. OURENSE CP 32005, enclosing in both cases a copy of an identification document.
9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, insofar as this does not prejudice or undermine the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a prize draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.
10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfilment of these rules.
