General shipping information and delivery times

On this page you can find our general shipping conditions. Our commitment is to deliver your order to the carrier on the same day of payment of the order, as long as this is done before 13.00h on a working day and as long as the seeds are in stock. On weekends and holidays there is no delivery or delivery.

Shipping methods and prices

For Peninsula and Balearic Islands we give you express delivery with a 24/48 hours first line courier. Peninsula usually takes 24 working hours and Balearic Islands 48 working hours.

For other destinations shipments will be by registered Correos de España post, this includes Canary Islands, Andorra and other destinations in the world. The seeds are sent as a collector's item and are not intended for use, please respect the legality of your country.

We have an international express shipping option for some countries, free of charge for seeds up to 200€ of order.

We do not ship to countries where our products are not legal.

Shipping costs for marijuana seeds

We charge 6€ shipping costs for all shipments no matter which country in the world you are in, free shipping costs on seed orders above from 35€.

Shipping costs for other products

For orders that include growing products or paraphernalia the shipping costs may change, normally in mainland Spain it is still free shipping. For international shipments consult the web, where you place your order, select your address and type of shipment to see the cost in transport.

Shipment Insurance

All product shipments are insured. Shipments that travel by express transport are covered with insurance for 100% of its value, this means that if the shipment is lost or arrives broken, we will send it back to you at no cost.

The rest of the shipments have the basic insurance offered by the transport company, for an amount of 40 ¤, and we commit ourselves to put 10 ¤ to cover 100% of the orders up to 50 ¤. The rest of the amount is not insured, so in case of loss or breakage we can only replace up to 50€ of the order. If you want to add an insurance that covers the entire amount of your order you can do so by contacting our email tiendaexperiencianatural@gmail.com, indicating a note with your order or requesting it by whatsapp, always before sending your order, this way we can quote the insurance and add it to the amount of your order.

Detailed delivery times:

The shipping and delivery of orders is from Monday to Friday, as long as they are working days and not holidays. The customer receives their order approximately the next working day if it is by courier and in approximately one week by post. We provide a tracking number for all shipments, whether by express courier or by post.

More specifically when the shipment is urgent through the courier delivery time is 24 to 48 hours, 24 hours are usually for the Peninsula and 48 for the Balearic Islands, in case of delay and you do not have your order within that period you must call the carrier's phone indicating your tracking number that we have provided at the time of sending your order.

If the order is sent by registered post, the approximate delivery time is five to thirty days, this may vary depending on how far away the country is from where the order is placed. If you do not receive your order within this period, please contact us so that we can send you the delivery number and you can pick up your order at the post office.

Limitation of liability

We send Cannabis seeds as a collector's item, under no circumstances can you break the law with them, we are governed by Spanish law and you must comply with the law of your country to receive them. If you have any doubts, consult a specialised lawyer before buying. We are not responsible for possible illegal uses that may be committed with our products, nor for orders that cannot be delivered for legal reasons or that have customs problems.
